Whether you’re experimenting with new dishes or simply watching someone else cook from the bar stools, there’s plenty of space. Cleanup is easy with a dishwasher neatly tucked under the counter. While in the kitchen, you’re also part of the living area, so you’ll never miss out on the company of friends or family gathered in the living and dining spaces. This only adds to the home’s warm, welcoming atmosphere. 

From the kitchen, you have a clear view of the TV, which is built into a large white wall unit with compartments of various sizes, filling the entire wall. Open the double doors to the garden, and extend your living space onto the outdoor terrace, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the breeze.

Two large sliding barn doors lead to a mini-hallway with two more doors. One opens to a spacious walk-in closet, while the other leads to the en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a vanity with storage cabinets, two separate sinks, and a small built-in table. Above the sinks are mirrored cabinets. The mix of light and brown tiles on the walls and floor gives the bathroom a touch of luxury. 

The spacious shower, with a window for natural light, is behind a glass door. Whether you prefer the rain shower or the handheld option, this is the perfect spot to unwind. And don’t worry about storage—two open shelves are practically begging to be filled with soft, fluffy towels. 

The remaining three bedrooms along the hallway, one of which is currently used as an office, are all of equal size. They feature large windows, built-in closets, and share a bathroom and toilet. The shared bathroom includes a vanity with a sink, built-in faucet, and under-counter storage. Next to it is the toilet, with the shower located behind a glass partition. This bathroom also features light-colored tiles and a window. 

At the back of the kitchen, a door leads to the laundry room, which is neat, spacious, and well-organized, with hookups for a washer and dryer. From here, you can also step outside.

The paved terrace, with its non-slip tiles, is the perfect place to relax under the large sunshade, enjoying the Caribbean breeze. Whether you’re seated at the 10-person dining table or lounging in the seating area further away, you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle well into the evening. From here, you’ll have a view of the large windows of the master bedroom, the other bedrooms, and the doors to the coffee corner. You can also catch a glimpse of the surrounding neighborhood. 

The spacious front garden is divided into two sections by the staircase with the signature red tiles. Both sides are filled with gray basalt gravel, with a large plant serving as a focal point. The sides of the garden are lined with additional plants and shrubs. No need to worry about watering—the villa comes with an automatic drip irrigation system for the tropical greenery. 

To the right of the gravel garden is a parking area with space for four cars. There’s even enough room to build a large carport here. 

The villa is just a short walk from Blue Bay Beach, also known as Blauwbaai, located northwest of Willemstad. Named after the former Blauw plantation, Blue Bay is popular for its extensive amenities. The soft white sand, comfortable lounge chairs, palm trees, parasols, inviting restaurants, and kids’ playground make it a favorite destination. The watersport center offers the chance to dive or, for the more adventurous, kayak out on the sea. Just a short distance away, you’ll find Sambil Shopping Mall, a cinema, and several schools.
