How much does an average building plot cost on Bonaire?
If we look at the current prices of building plots on Bonaire, the price is now around €150 per square meter in the new residential area Vista Royal Village, a gated community. Prices vary greatly and also depend heavily on the location of the plot. If the plot is in a remote area of the island, you may end up paying €25 per square meter, which is of course a huge difference. Would you rather live in a popular, luxurious neighborhood?
